Welcome to a glimpse of my creative journey with Ladbrokes, where I spearheaded a diverse array of projects, shaping compelling Point of Sale (POS) and digital assets for our retail marketing projects.

In my role as Design Lead for Retail, I had the privilege of not just creating, but also supporting and leading the development of captivating POS materials and digital assets across a broad spectrum of campaigns. This portfolio encapsulates a selection of work from our notable ventures, including the rebranded football campaigns and the electrifying Cheltenham Festival promotions.

During our rebranded football campaigns and the exhilarating Cheltenham Festival promotions, I crafted and spearheaded the creation of compelling marketing materials. These included attention-grabbing window and in-shop posters designed to halt passersby in their tracks. Dynamic digital screens and betting terminals enveloped our retail spaces to add to our customers' experiences. Additionally, a plethora of marketing collateral was produced, ranging from eye-catching vouchers to informative leaflets, enticing booklets, captivating table toppers, and branded lanyards.

In my capacity as the Design Lead, my role encompassed a dynamic fusion of creativity and strategy. This involved conceptualising fresh and engaging ideas to enhance our campaigns, overseeing the visual design process from inception to execution, and meticulously approving artwork to uphold brand consistency and visual excellence. I also provided invaluable support to our team of talented senior and junior designers, ensuring their success in bringing our visions to life. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, I aligned design concepts with campaign objectives, ensuring a harmonious blend of creativity and strategy. Additionally, I engaged with various departments across the organisation, working collaboratively to deliver cohesive brand experiences that resonated with our audience.
