Black Professionals @Entain
The "Black Professionals @Entain" initiative was established with a singular mission: to cultivate a culture and environment where our Black colleagues within the Entain Group could flourish both personally and professionally.
As the Design Lead for this impactful project, my role was multifaceted. I was responsible for steering the creative direction, providing crucial support to our talented designers, and collaborating on various aspects. When it came to crafting the visual design, we set out to break free from our conventional corporate style, aiming for a modern and appealing look. Our ultimate goal was to inspire Black colleagues and their allies from across the organization to join us in this extraordinary journey.
We embarked on an exploration of visual elements that defied the stale, predictable stereotypes often associated with professional Black networks. Instead, we adopted a fresh and engaging approach. Through the use of bold and vibrant colours, and the employment of captivating illustrations (crafted by our exceptionally talented in-house designer), we succeeded in capturing the essence of our head office and retail shop colleagues.
Our contribution to this endeavour was extensive, encompassing a wide spectrum of creative assets. This included visually stunning designs, eye-catching illustrations, dynamic animations, enticing merchandise, web graphics that drew attention, meticulous style guides, captivating PowerPoint presentations, and compelling videography.
