Entain’s Women in Power
Women in Power was created to celebrate and amplify female voices across Entain, inspiring colleagues through honest conversations, shared experiences and leadership.
The challenge was to develop a visual identity that felt bold, modern and empowering while creating a cohesive brand experience across both digital and physical spaces.
The identity needed to engage colleagues across the business and work seamlessly across a wide range of applications, from internal communications to large scale event branding. Every touchpoint needed to feel connected, helping the initiative stand out while reinforcing its purpose and creating a memorable experience for attendees.

My Approach
I wanted the identity to feel confident, uplifting and contemporary without relying on the usual visual clichés often associated with women's initiatives.
The focus was on creating a flexible design system that could be applied consistently across communications, environments and event materials, ensuring the programme felt recognisable wherever colleagues encountered it.
Bringing It To Life
Working alongside fellow designers and stakeholders, I helped shape the visual identity and supported the creative direction across a wide range of branded communications. This included banners, large format signage, lanyards, internal communications, and event materials for the Women in Power event, which took place at Entain's Gibraltar headquarters.
Every element was carefully considered to create a cohesive brand experience that welcomed attendees, guided them through the event and reinforced the initiative's message from arrival through to the final session.
Impact
The identity helped establish Women in Power as a recognisable and respected initiative within the business, creating a stronger sense of community and engagement around female leadership.
By delivering a consistent visual experience across every touchpoint, the programme encouraged meaningful conversations, increased visibility across the organisation and helped colleagues feel proud to be part of the initiative.
