The challenge was ensuring readers could quickly understand key messages without becoming overwhelmed by technical content and data heavy sections.

My Approach
I approached the report as a storytelling exercise rather than a document filled with standalone sections.
By establishing a clear visual hierarchy and consistent navigation system, I aimed to guide readers through the content and surface important insights more effectively.
Bringing It To Life
I developed the report's design system and led the report build, creating layouts, infographics and visual frameworks that brought structure to the content.
Working collaboratively with the wider team, I ensured each section contributed to a cohesive narrative while maintaining consistency throughout the document.
I also developed the stylesheet for Workiva implementation, providing a scalable foundation for future report production.
Impact
The final report improved the accessibility of complex information and helped FMC communicate its sustainability journey in a way that felt both informative and engaging.
